I just started reading Yvon Chouinard’s book “let my people go surfing”. What a great story. I’m not even half way through it and I already know I want to live my life like him. Not only is he brilliant and incredibly ahead of his time, he lives (and has lived) his life like most of us can only dream of.
Chouinard, the founder and owner of Patagonia, considers his highly successful outdoor clothing and climbing gear company as an experiment and model of how businesses should (and must) be run going forward. I’m sure if you read his book that you’ll quickly agree.
